General Transaction Advisory Includes the following:

• Strategy Advisory:  Assist in developing, evaluating, and end-end execution of a transaction strategy (including assessment and investment optimization)

• Corporate Finance: Assist in review and allocation of financial/ capital structuring strategies conducive for transaction opportunities

• Acquisition and Integration: Assist in defining growth strategy, perform deal sourcing and implementation of the transaction followed by post-acquisition integration assistance.

• Divestment and Sale: Advise and assist in the entire divestiture life cycle including identification of buyers, strategy, deal closing, etc.

• Others: Assisting groups in framing strategies for transactions including pre-transaction planning, deal-making, and post-closing. And others, if any.
